In 2024, Marley One went through a full digital and marketing transformation to boost online sales and build a stronger brand presence and I managed the entire process as the Digital Project Manager.

  • Led the full planning and execution of the project, coordinating between design, development, and marketing teams to keep everything organized and on track.

  • Took part in shaping the new marketing strategy with the team, focusing on building trust with customers, increasing engagement, and improving the buying journey.

  • Oversaw a complete website redesign, including UX analysis and optimizations to improve user flow, speed, and the overall shopping experience.

  • Supported the launch of a customer survey to gather feedback and guide strategic decisions.

  • Helped plan and manage social media content, influencer partnerships, and email campaigns to raise brand awareness and connect with the audience.

  • Rolled out special offers, targeted campaigns, and engagement activities across platforms to increase visibility and drive conversions.

The new Marley One website and strategy helped reintroduce the brand to its audience with a fresh, trustworthy, and engaging approach — setting a strong foundation for future growth.
